  Introduction Over the last 10 years, we have delved into the world of adventuring, and a crucial aspect of this lifestyle is preparing our bodies for the challenges ahead. We have adopted a three-month segment approach to keep our fitness routines interesting and maintain motivation. Being genetically identical, we have had the opportunity to compare different foods and training regimes to determine what works best for us. One area we wanted to explore was the comparison between plant-based and animal-based diets. What are the benefits and drawbacks of each? Can we uncover something new?
